Lotsa people here in Bangalore were denied their right to exercise their franchises as their names were missing from the voters list. Obviously such low turnouts will keep repeating as long as this trend of missing names continues. On the other end of the spectrum, we have the BPO/IT crowd who had a welcome respite from work as poll day was a holiday. Off they went to the malls and multiplexes except a very few.
